Beautiful hotel, Amazing location and spotless. The best is the personnel. Everyone very kind, helpful and super friendly. They went out of their way to help us and we had a wonderful experience. We will certainly come back. Thank you Marta, Flavio. Daniel and all the staff during breakfast. Happy Christmas holidays.

Really enjoyed every minute of our 2-night stay here, and really only have positive things to say about the hotel! The service was impeccable - the staff were so polite, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are beautifully-designed, spacious, and feel very luxurious - we had a room with a balcony (albeit sadly no view!) but it was perfect for enjoying some port before dinner. Loved the heated(!) pool with a gorgeous view of Porto. The breakfast buffet also had a great selection with again, another beautiful view over Porto. The location of the hotel is great - in between all the port cellars of Gaia and only a 15-20min walk across the bridge to the old town. Would definitely return here for any future visits to Porto.

It's just a perfect hotel to spend few days discovering Porto. Located in walking area, easily to get through the Louis Bridge to Porto. Everything in the hotel is great - rooms, design, pool with the view on the bridge. Very tasty breakfast. The place to come back!

Service was fantastic. Decor is very modern and interesting. Great views of the Duoro River from the odd numbered rooms on the upper floors. Junior Suite on the third floor felt like we were in a cave. I'd choose the view over the extra space every time. Great dinner menu in the Dona Maria Restaurant.

What a beautiful stay! Love the thoughtful design of this hotel, both beautiful and spacious. My friend required an accessible room which she said was the best she’s ever been in. Service was unparalleled, kind, efficient, delightful. Wonderful food and beverage service.

Such an amazing time here, book it while you can! The staff are so attentive, the pool is relaxing and the gym is small but you can get a work out done. Thank you to Liliana who checked us in and told us all the information about the hotel. The room was so nice and big! Only a short walk to the bridge to Porto and the buffet in the morning has so many options and the staff were really lovely! I loved it here. Date of stay: July 2023 Room tip: Pool opens at 8am and the pool bar is closed on Sunday. There is only coffee makers in the room so no tea options.
